We’re a small family shop, and we order most parts just for you. Here’s how returns work, so there are no surprises.

Defective or damaged? We’ll make it right.

If a part arrives damaged or turns out to be defective, call us within 30 days of picking it up or getting it. Keep the part and its box. We’ll replace it, or refund you if we can’t get another one.

If we made the mistake, we’ll fix it

If we handed you or shipped you the wrong part, we’ll swap it at no cost to you, shipping included.

Parts ordered by mistake can’t be returned

Because we order parts for each customer, we can’t take back parts that were ordered by mistake, don’t fit your trailer, or aren’t needed anymore. Thanks for understanding. It’s what lets a small shop keep prices low.

Not sure it fits? Ask first.

Call (678) 340-8776 before you order. Bring the old part by, or send us its part number, the tag on your axle, or a photo, and we’ll help you get the right one.

Changing or canceling an order

Call us the same day you order. Once a part has been ordered from our supplier, we can’t cancel it.

Maker’s warranties

If a part comes with a warranty from the company that makes it, we’ll help you with the claim.

This covers parts. Trailer sales are worked out in person at the lot.
