Ordering, pickup and shipping
Ordering
Add parts to your cart and pay by card. Payments go through Stripe, so we never see or store your card number. You get an email receipt with your order number.
When it’s ready
Parts on our shelf in LaGrange are ready the same day. We order everything else for you, and it takes 2 to 4 business days. We email you when your order is ready to pick up or when it ships.
Pickup
Pickup is free at 22 Teaver Road, LaGrange, GA 30241. Bring your order number.

- Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Shipping
We ship to Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Somewhere else? Call (678) 340-8776 for a shipping quote, or pick up at the lot.
Shipping goes by the size of the parts. The biggest part in your order pays the first-item price, and every other part adds its smaller price. You see the exact shipping at checkout before you pay.

Axles and other big or heavy parts are too large for parcel shipping. Pick them up at the lot, or call (678) 340-8776 for a freight quote.
Sales tax
Georgia sales tax is added at checkout. Orders shipped outside Georgia aren’t charged Georgia sales tax.
Returns
Defective or damaged parts: call us within 30 days and we’ll make it right. Because we order parts for each customer, parts ordered by mistake can’t be returned, so call us before you order if you’re not sure it fits. The whole return policy
